Cooinda Lodge is a is a 2 ½-3 star property
situated on the Yellow Waters Billabong.It
offers 48 airconditioned lodge units, 34 twin
share budget rooms, a 357 site camping ground.
Later
in 2006 this tour may revert to Kakadu Lodge.

Accommodation Option- Point Stuart Wilderness
Lodge Point Stuart Wilderness Lodge is set beside
a monsoonal vine forest, and offers 15 deluxe
units with private facilities. Deluxe The comfortable
deluxe rooms are available in single, double,
twin and triple configurations. Each room has
access to private facilities. Bistro and there
is a licensed bar. Point Stuart Wilderness Lodge
gives visitors the opportunity to explore the
Mary River Wetlands.

Baggage Allowance |

Personal
luggage is limited to an overnight bag maximum of
15kg and a day pack. Most Darwin accommodation will
be happy to store any excess luggage you may have,
some do charge a small fee. |

to use another property of similar or better quality.
* Evening meals are BBQ-style camp dinners eaten together
as a group
* Park fee of $12.50 and Fuel Levy of $10 is payable on morning
of departure.
* Luggage limit of a backpack max 15kgs and a daypack.
* Safaris must be reconfirmed by 4pm the day before travel. |

Maximum
Walks: Hikes
up to 6-8kms per day. A reasonable level of fitness
is required as there will be some walking to view places
of interest. Suitable for soft adventures with a passion
for bushwalking and exploring the wonders of Kakadu
and Litchfield National parks. |

traditions, therefore itineraries are subject to
